Sending your transcripts
Many students arrive unsure whether they can even find their old records. That is completely normal, and it is not a reason to wait.
If you already have your records
Send them to the enrollment team by email. Photographs of paper documents are fine as long as every line is legible, and unofficial copies are enough for the first review — we will tell you if an official transcript is needed to finalize anything.
Send everything you have, from every school. Credits from different schools combine, and a single semester somewhere you had forgotten about can be worth a credit and $30.
If you need help finding them
This is a normal part of enrollment, not an obstacle. We help you:
- Identify and contact your former school or district
- Request copies of your records
- Track down information when a school has closed, changed its name, or merged into another district
Records survive school closures far more often than people expect. They usually transfer to the district, the state, or a records custodian. Start by telling us the school name, the city, and roughly which years — that is generally enough to begin.
Why transcripts matter this much
Your transcript is the difference between assuming you have to redo four years and discovering you need six courses. It decides how long your program takes and, at $30 per accepted credit, what you pay. It is the single highest-value thing you can do in your first week.
Start now, even without them
You do not need your records to enroll. Start the program, begin coursework, and send records as they arrive. Your graduation plan and your tuition are both updated when the evaluation is done. Nobody is asked to sit and wait for an envelope.
Next step
Find out where you stand in about a minute.
Answer five questions and an advisor will tell you which credits are likely to transfer, what is left to finish, and what your tuition would be. No payment details, no obligation.
