Terms of service
The agreement between you and ARHS. Written to be read, not scrolled past.

1. Acceptance
Using this website or enrolling in the program means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not enroll.
2. Enrollment and eligibility
Enrollment is open to individuals 16 or older. You must provide accurate personal information during enrollment. ARHS may approve or decline enrollment at its discretion.
3. Tuition and payment
Tuition is payable according to the option selected at enrollment. Failure to pay may result in account suspension, delayed progress, or removal from the program.
No diploma or transcript will be issued until all financial obligations are met.

4. Academic requirements
Graduation requires completion of 24 credits as set out in the course catalog. Students are expected to engage with coursework regularly, submit original work and complete assessments independently. See academic expectations.
5. Intellectual property
Course materials, the platform and site content are the property of ARHS or its licensors, provided for your personal educational use. They may not be redistributed, resold or published.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Sharing login credentials
- Attempting to disrupt, hack or misuse the platform
- Submitting work that is not your own
- Harassing or abusing staff or other students
- Using course materials outside your own learning
7. Technology requirements
You are responsible for having a device and an internet connection capable of supporting online coursework. ARHS is not responsible for problems caused by third-party devices or service providers.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and program are provided as they are. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we work to keep it functioning consistently.
9. Outcomes
ARHS does not guarantee any employment, admission or licensing outcome. Whether a specific employer, college or military branch accepts any diploma is determined by that organization. See registration and what we claim for what we do and do not claim.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ARHS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or the program.
11. Termination of access
ARHS may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, the code of conduct or the academic integrity policy. Students may withdraw at any time in writing.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected in the review date at the top of this page.
