Enrollment terms and conditions
The commitments on both sides, set out before you make them rather than after.

1. What the student agrees to
- Participate actively in online coursework
- Meet academic pacing expectations
- Submit original work and maintain academic integrity
- Communicate respectfully with faculty and staff
- Keep contact details current
2. What ARHS agrees to
- Provide access to approved instructional materials
- Evaluate submitted records and produce a written graduation plan
- Monitor academic progress and provide feedback
- Offer academic and technical support
- Issue a diploma and transcripts on completion, subject to financial obligations being met
3. Attendance and engagement
Attendance is measured through online engagement and coursework completion rather than scheduled hours. Regular participation is required regardless of student age. Extended inactivity may result in academic intervention or withdrawal.
4. Credit and placement
Adult learners are placed based on credit history rather than age or prior enrollment gaps. Transfer credit is applied following evaluation of submitted records; see the transfer credit page. Not all previously earned credits necessarily transfer.
5. Technology and access
- Reliable internet access and a compatible device are required
- Login credentials are confidential and may not be shared
- ARHS is not responsible for personal technical issues
6. Declarations made at application
- The information provided is accurate and complete
- Submitting an application does not guarantee admission
- You consent to review of your academic records for admission purposes
- Additional documentation may be required prior to enrollment
7. Withdrawal
The student, or a parent or guardian where applicable, may request withdrawal by submitting written notice. Refunds follow the refund policy.
8. Dismissal
ARHS reserves the right to dismiss a student for academic dishonesty, violations of the code of conduct, or sustained failure to engage with the program.
9. Students under 18
Applicants under 18 enroll with a parent or guardian, who confirms legal guardianship on the application and receives communication about the student's progress.
