Refund policy
What you get back, when, and how to ask for it.

1. The refund schedule
Refund eligibility is calculated from your course start date.
| When you withdraw | Refund | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| Within week 1 | 100% | Withdraw during the first week after your course start date and you receive a full refund. |
| Within week 2 | 75% | Withdrawals during the second week are eligible for a 75% refund. |
| Within week 3 | 50% | Withdrawals during the third week are eligible for a 50% refund. |
| Week 4 onward | None | After the fourth week begins no refund is available. By this point you have had meaningful access to course materials and support services. |
2. If you are on a payment plan
You remain responsible for payments according to your payment plan schedule. Any outstanding balance is adjusted based on the eligible refund percentage in the table above.
3. How to request a refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@americanroyalhighschool.com. Include:
- Your full name as enrolled
- Your enrollment date
- Your course start date
- The reason for withdrawal
- The payment method used
We confirm receipt in writing and tell you which refund tier applies before processing anything.
4. What is not refundable
- Administrative or processing fees
- Payment plan service fees
- Transcript or document request fees
- Tuition beyond the applicable refund window
5. Exceptional circumstances
Refunds follow the schedule above. That said, if something has happened that the schedule does not fairly account for, write to us and explain. We would rather find a workable plan than lose a student to a bad month.
6. Before you enroll
If the cost is a real consideration, two things are worth doing first: complete the credit review, since accepted credits reduce tuition by $30 each, and read the tuition page so the total and the payment options are clear before any money moves.
